Whelen Edge 9000 light bar wiring was left behind. Here is a pic showing the correct "white" silicone used to seal up the wire passing through roof.

Frame is now all squared back up. I intended to get picks with it up on stands, but got excited and forgot LOL:D

Next I'll set it u on stands in corner and remove front frame rails and structure... Then graft on new front section using my Lazermate system... :2thumbs:

She's now on floor stands. I'll be attaching my "Lazermate" measuring system to her tomorrow. It will remain like this until the final welds are made on the new rails and aprons to insure it goes back square and true. I'm super excited to finally begin the restoration on this one !!! :D

All damaged components are now removed. Now to get it all cleaned up and on with the new. The cowl had very minor damage but I decided to change it as well so I could examine, clean coat cowl area and put a mint cowl on it for a much nicer restoration...

Cowl vent has been cleaned up and coated with POR 15...

Now that the lower cowl has been all cleaned, prepped and coated in POR15, the donor cowl panel has been cleaned, prepped, test fitted and clamped into position... It was a good day...
