Going through some of my old photo files, I found this good old version smog history report that will confirm another unit # for a '93 CHP:

I recently bought a non SSP coupe from a guy in Griffin Ga. He showed me his project and turns out it was a 1989 SCHP. Get this, he had just painted the passengers door jam and was prepping the drivers. I explained about the numbering system and ask if we could do a little sanding to recover the #'s he had just primed over. You could make them out better in person but they were there. Here are the pics of his unit #'s that were just about 15 minutes away from being lost forever...
