Thanks for the warm welcome. :)
Now that we have some warm weather, I'll see about taking some pictures this weekend, as I look the car over in detail for the first time.

Well,

Here it is:

The Good, The Bad, and The UGLY.

The Good - VERY original. Correct Engine, Transmission and Rear end. ALL thermactor parts in place, cats, h-pipe, runs pretty good.
SOLID Body. No rust, very very little Bondo, and no multiple layers or bad layers of paint. All origninal VIN coded body panels, except PS front fender, which is OEM ford - 1993, ALL 5 10-hole wheels. Document showing Troop B, Car #987 and Trooper. (Neighbor is retired FHP from same Troop, and remembers car.) ALL Glass ok and OE carlite.

The Bad - Wrong Alternator, Wrong Interior (1993 Opal Grey), Floor pans and rails beat up bad by really bad jack point choices. Transmission needs synchros. Engine Compartment and Underside are DIRTY DIRTY!

The UGLY - Cheap primer everywhere. I mean everywhere. But a good base under it all. Headlight, taillights, and all rubber trim SHOT. (Florida can cook 'em!) RED valvcovers, RED Intake detail.

More to come.

Kevin

PS, anybody got a 1990 correct Titanium Interior just laying around :) ?
Also I have a few parts of the original Titanium interior, such as the console. Notice the armrest delete. Is that common?

The arm rest delete is correct for a '90 model. One of Ford"s "Better Ideas" :headscratch: for that year only.

My 90 North Carolina State Highway Patrol SSP has the armrest delete too.

Depending on build date, a '90 could have come with a factory armrest. Ford heeded the cry for the return that piece later in the model year.

That was a good decision....I'm not too big a fan of the delete, but I can see why it might have worked out ok for SSP's.

FYI, my build date is 5/90.

Attached is a pic of the door sticker.

Also, would any one be interested in the nitty gritty details of other ID tags and sub component build dates? If so, I'll be glad to post, as it seems like you guys get pretty deep into the details.

I hate to do this, but...

Guys, looks like I am suffering from too many things lying around.
I have decided I need to focus, and as such, the FHP car looses out to the 1967 Military Bronco. (DSO 83!)

I am going to shop it around on here for a few days before considering Craigslist, for the obvious reasons....

Makes me sick, but it is reality. :No no:

Need $2300

Runs and drives, all original drivetrain, no major body damage, and FHP Crash report included.
I haven't found anything on the car that leads me to this, just the complete lack of time for 3 projects.
