Personally, I would steer clear of any car with a salvage title. No matter what you do to the car, it will always be a salvage title car and will always fetch much less money than a clear title car.

In this case I would agree, but I would not say ANY car. If the car was RARE enough or remarkably documented & wrecked in service, I believe that would out way the Rebuilt Title branding...;)
