john, thank you.

Do you know if CHP had two different sizes for the First aid kit box?

What do you think mine is for? motorcycle?

Yours could have been used in another state agency. CHP has their own list of contents taped to the inside of the lid. As far as I know, there was just the one size used by CHP. Motors use a small blue and gold bag for their first aid supplies.

Found and uploaded. Also have 2 kits with their contents for my Mustang and my dads Caprice. The green topped versions were also used.

There is a guy on ebay selling kits and brackets on ebay, he'll probably relist some, I know he has more. For actual CHP with bracket, you'll pay over $100 on ebay. The ones the guy was selling were mostly not chp, but were on chp brackets.
I can send detailed pictures and dimensions of the lay down bracket if you want to make your own. :)

Have a look at this for picture posting. This is how I post mine.

I only have a green one like Sam posted. I've seen the others he posted used as well. I will post a copy of the contents on the inside of the lid. The only one I've seen before was CHP specific. That is the first time I've seen the one made by the state.

I have a small green first aid kit also. It looks the same as the larger green one, but smaller.
It was not used in cars or motorcycles.
I think it was a generic first aid kit used in offices or auto tech offices.

But they were not in the cars. The brackets are easy to reproduce.
Then you can line your trunk holes up and drill your bracket to match.
