MRI on my knee this morning. Won't know the results for a couple days. Starting physical therapy for back, neck and shoulder on Monday. Have to do that for three weeks. I am on light duty at work now also. Hopefully things will feel better in a couple of weeks.

Hope you get better soon Jim. Thankfully you weren't riding the motor that day!
