Two different DSOs for one car? What gives?

The 2nd tag and the 3rd tag seem to be somewhat repetitive in that both have paint scheme/DSO info but worded differently. That coupled with the 3rd having a different DSO on it would seem to then suggest it came form a different car.

Then why would it be on this car?

Did not get a chance to pop the hood on the car today.

Anything's possible since they had been removed before. That would seem to be the challenge.
