1986 SSP in CA
Found it posted on FEP. The member thought it was a CHP car, but it has AOD, you can see where a full console was, and there is Nevada blue paint under the hood. No email, otherwise I would have emailed. For $1, you can't beat it;)

I'd love to see a picture of the door tag to determine if the DSO is 2 or 6 digits.
|
I'd be cirious to see the door tag also, even if the car dose need some work. It has a strate body.I'd also be cirious to see what kind of old Mustang or musclecar he expects to trade for.:No no:
|
strate ? wonder if he meant straight LOLOL maybe he skipped school too much lolol
|
From the picture of the driver door, it appears there is no door tag.
A different door or possibly painted over it. |
He just said that it was sold, did someone here get it?
|
We didn't get it. With the seats being convertible seats(seat belt guide), the carpet most likely came out of the same car. And since the rear seat, door panels, steering wheel, and no door tag, it is pretty hard to tell what exactly it is from the photos. The only possible way of knowing if it was actually an SSP or not would be the vin or the bucktags, (if they are even still there).
You would have basically needed a nice donor car to get this one back to shape. I really wanted the door panels! :( My Black Magic is sad. |
It looks like the shock towers are a dark blue? What municipality would have used blue?
|
Nevada comes to mind...
