Mustang Monthly 1999? FHP slicktop?

The Mustang Monthly article is one that Jim Dingell was interviewed for....that car was not in-service.

I'm not saying that they NEVER used any slicktop Mustangs, but I know I never saw one and I haven't seen any pics of any, either.
