I'm surprised some SSP's didn't make it out of the factory with vinyl seats. Those look like SN95 seats but has anyone ever heard of a cloth delete SSP? I think going to vinyl got you a small credit. Correct me if I'm wrong on that one.

The brochures list vinyl as an option until 1992.

My '88 SCHP has the code for gray vinyl seats. Unfortuniately they were long gone when I got the car.:(

I'd be curious to find out the DSO for that car...

With the white shock towers in the engine bay, I doubt it's a CHP. Just wondering where it might have served.

I just emailed the owner, to see what office it came from and to see if he knows any history on the car.

The owner just emailed me back, it was a Utah state patrol car.

The owner sent me, another email saying it is from office #76 of Utah, and will be posting the buck tags on Craigslist later on. And also all the #'s match on the panels. :cool:

Thanks for the info on the seats. I am a little surprised there were not more vinyl int. SSP's ordered actually. Pretty neat. Ok I am done, back to the car for sale.
