anyone have pics of regatta blue interior?

looking for any pics of a low mile 87-89 regatta blue interior.
i am trying to epaint/redye this interior in the 89 texas car and having no luck on a good color match.

so far i bought the omnipack from a parts vendor which was crap. too light almost greyish blue.

next bought malco brand blue from paint store- better match but i still thought was lighter than what i had.

lastly went to the paint store had them mix me some sem interior code B ford regatta blue paint----too damn dark. looks navy blue...

so far i have about $90 in buying various paints etc and still not happy with how the interior looks.

No pic handy but I bought some spray from Metro Mustang for my old '92 and it was a perfect match.

Their website is having a problem, so you might need to call them.

pics i found in my archives.
this was an all stock 88lx 5.0 i was looking at last year that had 56K miles on it.

looks like i am going to go with the malco paint. the stuff i got today is way to dark and was a waste of $35 for the quart i bought. i have about had it buying all this damn paint.

Russ,

Take an unfaded piece of the interior (back of the armrest, or bottom of the console cover etc). Take it to a SEM dealer and have him match it. He will start with the original SEM formula and then have to tweak it some to get it right. I did this with the 93 FHP car and the interior is a spot on perfect match to the original color.

the crap they sold me is so far off and dark it's unbelievable.
look at the pic. the dark brake light housing sitting on the back seat is the sem paint.
in person its a very dark navy blue.
the quarter trim panel is the malco blue. still too light.
my console and armrest pad is original

none of that looks like my michigan car or the 85 texas car. I will try to get a good close up shot of the interior I have for the texas car. It only has 30k miles on it and zero sun fade. The interior is pretty dark actually.

that almost looks like crystal blue to me....

dash pic
i also painted the kick panels and door sills with the malco blue.

this car has 217K miles on it, so i think its been out in the sun a bit!
any pics would help.
