It all makes sense. It would be a good deal for the person who has that car if it didn't get recycled. And if they care I guess. If it came outta my car , I'd be on it! It would go back in it.
Is that what you were getting at with the VIN part or am I still missing it? |

The VIN on my 87 was on the top back flat part of the block deck where the intake would be. I wish I had a picture to illustrate.
