1986 Nebraska SSP
 

I have a 86 SSP/5 spd. that i acquired less than 6 months ago. I found another that i want and isn't an SSP. But what i want to do to the car im sure would anger the hell out of most of you, so i would rather sell it to someone who had intentions on restoring it back to its former glory. Car is in Omaha,Ne. Car has what i consider for a car in Nebraska all its life, Underside look pretty good beside both sides of the floor where the toe panel meets the floor panel.

Buc tags are all there, holes from mounting the equipment are still present. The engine is completely stock only mod was the timing was bumped up and therfore only use premium petro. It was with one owner for the last 22 years since it was retired in 1990. I have the original spotlight though its seen better days and 3 of the original wheels with centercaps. Has aluminum 10 holes on it now. Have more pics if interested email:

Here's an interesting tidbit. The VIN for this car is one digit off from another car that had weak documentation as to it being a Nebraska SSP (in terms of what we had collected for our VIN Project). Because the car listed for sale here has buck tags that state the agency and has the same DSO as the other car, this car now verifies the other one as being a Nebraska SSP.

Just listed for sale locally. Newspaper/CL. Dont think its gonna last long theres alot of ford guys around here.

Sold! To a guy locally who had another 86 NSP/SSP when he was in college let it go couldn't afford a valve job. But later found out it was t-boned and scrapped. Thanks anyways fellas but its going to a die hard ford guy that has the right intentions, even better he is a Omaha Police Officer.
