That is Jeff (twinvipers) Nevada car he bought from Stubes on ORG. I think it's a legit car. Looks like he photoshopped the light bar and door decal out so he could sell it on ebay.
He is selling his other SSP as well. And keeping the FHP.

I think he has pictures of both cars in there. One pic shows a Nevada plate up front, and one back pic shows a MO plate.
I'm confused lol.
Anyway he's selling both.

I was the previous owner of the 1990 SSP listed. It is indeed a retired MSHP unit. The other SSP mentioned is a Nevada unit.

Thanks for mentioning that...I figured something was done to it in order to get around the eBay police. Couldn't quite put my finger on what it was until reading your photoshop comment.
