Returning from back across the pond...

I'm pleased to say that Peter and I have been able to strike a mutually agreeable deal on this twilight blue 1990 Missouri State Highway Patrol SSP Mustang. In the not so distant future, it will be catching a boat ride from the United Kingdom back across the Atlantic Ocean to the United States with final destination the Motor City. Soon to sit alongside my 1993 Missouri State Highway Patrol SSP and 1992 Michigan State Police SSP Mustangs. I have to hand it to Peter for resisting the urge to do something drastic to this SSP in order to try and sell it in to someone in the UK. :2thumbs:

Time to shuffle the deck, so I will soon be listing for sale my 1992 Utah Highway Patrol B4C Camaro. In the meantime if anyone is interested, feel free to send me a PM message.

Thanks...as you can tell from my user name, I am partial to the Missouri State Highway Patrol SSPs.

Thanks again everyone and another big thanks to Peter. Expect to have a shipping date as to when it will board a boat to cross the Atlantic Ocean very soon. From there I'm told about 30 days later, so an arrival just enough before the winter get's going here in the Motor City.

Nice to hear, Mike. Do you know if this car is in the VIN Project already or not? Once it arrives, we can either add photos to an existing page or create a new one for the car. ;)

Hi Bill - I don't believe it is in the VIN project. Ordered a Marti Report the other day, but the PDF has not arrived yet. SSP comes w/quite a bit of documentation, so figured I'd send all of that too you once I receive the documentation to sort out and scan. Thanks!

Ocean departure approaching

Ok have a booking date worked out...leaving the UK on a boat October 7th with an expected arrival + or - 30 days later at the port I'll be retrieving it (early Christmas for me ). The international shipping and customs is a real learning experience...thankfully Peter has some experience with this and I have a very responsive agent here in the U.S. Man if this car could speak, it would have some stories after the journey it will have been on  .
