can it be saved? former FHP

Looks like a decent car. I guess since it cant be titled its either relegated to track use or strictly trailered to shows. Ebay #261451182577

Did they say why the insurance company totaled it?

I am sure that in some states it can be titled, or take it to Canada and register it there. Later bring it back to the states and title it. You really need to want it badly to do all of that.

Georgia DOR says the latest insurance policy was terminated on Dec 10, 2013.

It went through Copart in Austell, GA in January 2014.

Any idea what it sold for at Coparts?

I spoke with a gentleman who works there he mentioned that after it was decommissioned thy had to sell it as "In OP".. since in that county it was a government car and that's what in that area they do so they cannot be retitled.. does not make sense.. aside he mentioned that it was not wrecked and ran great.

Doesn't show a sold for price. But it does list damage as "undercarriage" and shows a pic of the damage to the passenger rear.

Looks like a broken axle shaft and axle tube on the P/S rear, you can see the backing plate is bent down and there is no axle flange. That's what happens when you loose it and go into a curb sideways with the rear wheel, probably a super easy fix.
