Looks Like an 85 CHP EVOC To Me

There were recently posted on FB. The shot with the grill is not clear enough (with my eyes) to distinguish it as an 84 or 85, but the molding appears to be an 85. There had been talk of an 85 CHP Mustang used for EVOC training, but no proof. Even the one shot of what appeared to be an 85 was later identified as an 84 because of the molding. It's too bad the shot from the front was not lower and included a clear view of the license plate.

that is not an 84. Clearly 85-86 by the charcoal molding. The headlight surround is also charcoal.

Those are 10 hole wheels in that first picture.

The 10-holes were probably swapped on during the car's time in EVOC training. I remember seeing a photo of the silver/white 1985 SMPV that had civilian 10-holes swapped onto it.
