One of the interior pics shows the relocated trunk release. If the (Desert Tan) interior color is original then it could be either CHP or FHP. Those are the only two (so far) that had confirmed tan interior in 1984. From what we have so so far, CHP (DSO 72-0086) were radio delete and FHP (DSO 24-0326) had AM radio.

Seller says that the last 6 of the VIN are 203965, which puts it right inside the first batch of 1984 CHP cars. He said he has the build sheet, but it is too faded to photograph. :(

Maybe he can take a picture of the door tag or buck tags.
