Relocated trunk release hints at it being a SSP. It is part of a 4-car batch of VINs.

Just an Observation
 
Interesting that it has the hood liner as well. That doesn't necessarily mean that it is not a SSP, just that not many have it.

Yup I saw the hood trunk release repositioned and the hood liner too. Also the interior looks blue. Would cold weather cars have the hood liner?

I've learned to never say never in the SSP world, and maybe you are only asking about CA SSPs, but the MN State Patrol SSPs I've seen did not...and from personal experience, it gets very cold there :).
