In years past i have seen some police car clones
but nothing remotely Mustang related! But you never know what may come up? In addition to the auctions you have the private sellers that come out of the woodwork and the huge off site car shows with allot a car's for sale. It's a great place to network. for car's and parts. You and Mike need to send me the official Sspmustang.net media Press credentials http://i42.tinypic.com/30a3y3l.jpg |
Barrett-Jackson Lot #12.3
From 2012 Las Vegas auction I don't remember this car being talked about here? Link http://www.barrett-jackson.com/appli...n=12.3&aid=465 Text This 1992 Ford Mustang is equipped with the Ford Special Service Package (SSP) which was available only to police agencies. This package was not available to the public. This particular Mustang served with the Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) in the Las Vegas region. Upon it's retirement from NHP, it was transferred to the Nevada Department of the Military where it served as a pool vehicle until 2012. Unlike most of these 5.0 Mustangs, this car has never been modified as it was a state owned vehicle until April of 2012. The Special Service Package included the 5.0 Liter 302 V8 with upgraded cooling and electrical systems, upgraded suspension, reinforced floor pans, certified speedometer and a relocated trunk release. This Mustang has been restored back to in service condition including the correct paint scheme, markings and emergency equipment. |
It had a thread, and if in fact it wasn't here, then it was on the other site.
