I realized I had never started a thread on my 1990 GSP. Car has been in storage for a couple years now. (Probably why I never started one LOL). In fact all my pictures of it were on my old laptop. This one was my first GSP. It is in fact the car (or one of them at least) that got me into GSP's. This was Paul Kirkpatrick's second Mustang ( he totaled his first a 1988). This was one of 3 Mustangs in the area I grew up in. This was also the most feared. Paul had a reputation. Back then I was young . dumb and loved to street race. Paul vowed to catch me but never did :-) I did get two tickets by him in this car. One for non DOT tires and loud exhaust. Another for loud exhaust only. We used to time our races around shift change so to lessen our chances of being caught by Paul. Over the years my fear (and respect) for this car turned to love. I vowed if ever possible I'd wanna own that car one day. It went from GSP to the local city for under cover use. It was painted black and used very little. The captain drove it back and forth to and from work mostly. It was then sold in 2001. A friend of mine (a retired GSP post Commander) bought it. He eventually gave it to his son (Matt). His son had a new 2001 GT and never drove it much ( I believe they put less than 1K miles on it the whole time they owned it). I bought a fairly nice 92 FHP and Matt fell in love with it. We dropped keys and that's how I got my first GSP.

Thanks Mike and Brad,
I've had the car for four years now. I drove it about a year when I fort got it. I've intended on re painting it back to GSP blue and gray but people in this area still remembered it so I didn't get in a hurry. Then I put it into storage and got side tracked gathering up the rest of my collection. Now that I'm done I'd like to get it out of storage and get some paint back on it this year if possible  one thing I dread is the PD had the engine compartment painted black as well. So engine bay will have to be stripped and painted first

Well,
I just drug this one out of storage today. Hopefully I'll have her in shinny Police Ultra Blue and gray real soon...

I sure do admire your work. Just wish you were closer to Las Vegas. I need paint and body work on my Nhp car.
