TXDPS Wording on Title

Can anyone explain the wording on this title where it says "Hudgens Farm and Grain"? Tom mentioned on FB that this had been a Narcotics unit. Could the wording be related to that?

Hudgens was the current owner. TXDPS is listed above it as the previous owner. It's just how the titles in TX were.

Thanks Mike. I couldn't read the preprinted words for the fields on the title. I did notice the title was dated 2021.
