Buyer beware... GSP cables on ebay

I'm gonna have to call bullcrap on this one. All my GSP's had standard cables... No one I've spoke with recalls these being used on the Mustangs...

Not that this is not a good upgrade however I'm just pointing out its being missed represented and someone might think this is GSP standard for their SSP's, which it is not.

Those, or similiar have been floating around eBay for a decade now, never knew them to ever be used on SSP car.... they may be a good item but I agree they shouldn't be passed off as legit if they really aren't.

I've sent the seller a question regarding them so we'll see what he has to say. I did buy a set as somewhere along the line my battery got moved to the rear trunk over the axle and plans are to move it back up front but worst case scenario I could always use them on my FHP car since it is not going back 100% original.

This is the reply I got back so like Bobby I am calling bull as well. I've owned 2 GSP cars before the one I have now and neither had their batteries in the trunk area. The one I have now does but it looks to have been recent and definitely after GSP had it.

"Sorry I don’t have much information anymore as it was too many years ago. I do remember the cables were intended as an upgrade and to correct a problem with engine fires created from the cable that runs under the oil pan. Shortly after the cables and the battery were moved into the trunk. Give me a call anytime and I will share what information I can remember"
