Spent some time today tweaking the car a little. Alternator wasn't charging so I replaced it, and added a new battery, gave her a bath and then took her for a drive.

This one isn't going to take a whole lot to be a real nice car.

Looking good Jim. Pretty soon the "Midwest barn" is going to be filled with completed cars.

someday maybe. I like working on them way more than socializing around the "LC".

Nice Jim. I know you've been working on a few. What's getting finished first/do you have a priority list?

86 Idaho car is currently in the paint booth.

93 FHP just needs seats recovered and equipment wired for operation.

87 FHP is getting drivers side floorpan next.

85 TXDPS is going on the rotisserie this week.

88 Missouri car is now up and running.

My plan is to take a week and finish the 93 FHP once I get the seats back. Then I will put the Idaho car back together while the floorpan is being replaced in the 87. The 85 TXDPS is going to be the next major project for me. I just wanted to get a few issues cleared up with the 87, and 88 cars so i can drive them.

Good stuff. Keep the updates coming.

What's wrong with 87 FHP drivers side floorpan?

87 FHP floor pan has some rust issues. Not the entire pan, but enough that I want to replace it. I have an 86 black parts car with a mint floor in it to use.

yes the 88 is lowered. I personally do not like it either. If I keep the car I will be swapping stock springs back in it.
