1992 Kansas Highway SSP

Ok hate to do it but have to thinking about selling KHP :( car is nice paint not 100% correct but nice paint and car looks great. I bought this car here had it shipped from missouri. It was undocumented and i have been able to get copies from Kansas DOR of original cert of origin, original title original auction papers and all prove it was KHP.Also pictures of bucktags shows car painted 2 tone state colors. I have articles from Kansas newspapers that 92 was a trial run for mustangs for KHP only 7 and they were trying skick top. Also have following year articles saying they were staying slicktop but no longer painting cars 2 tone and ordering more Camaros. So don't know if it proves that 92 was the only SSP's to be painted 2 tone and only ones ordered that way but that's how it look's. We have seen pictures of Kansas Turnpike cars which are random solid color cars. Anyway i'm running on i have picture of interior of KHP thanks to KHP Lt. and have started to install all equipment. Very nice! What made you paint it the FHP scheme? Is the grey the Kansas color? Good luck with the sale. :luck:

I didn't paint it bought like that but looks better than roof and trunk only. Looks like you bolted a replacement trunk on it and din't paint the other way. silver is wrong color it is supposed to be same as Georgia grey W2007

I seem to remember that car being for sale. I like that paint scheme better anyway.
