Another SSP in Mustang Monthly!

This time on the last page in the "Readers' Album". A 1990 Washington State SSP with the original Trooper ( Marlin Workman ) still owning it. He tracked it down at the auction to buy it and after using it as a daily driver for 7 years he restored it to in service condition. Is he a member here?
