1993 SSP Mustang, retired Highway Patrol DPS. This car is original with working radar, lights, wig wam headlights, siren control, etc. This is a real SSP mustang with Dept of Public Safety Sticker M3-262 and DPS188262 in the door. Also has the tag behind the headlight assembly. The signs are magnetic and I use them for show only. I remove them when I drive the car. Now I said the car is original except for the drive train. The car has a 347 stroker SUPERCHARGED engine. approx 510 horsepower. The engine has only 500 miles. It has a rebuilt tremic 5 speed, 373 gears, aluminum drive shaft, 3" exhaust all the way back and the sound is just awesome. Has frame connectors, new brakes, shocks, stuts, control arms, etc. I have put over $25,000.00 in this vehicle in the last year. Everything on this car is either new or rebuilt. Excellent interior, paint, and tires. I also have a set of original rims that I had widened to 9" to place on the back to assist with traction. Not on car at this time. I have owned over 200 cars in my lifetime, mostly all muscle cars from 60's and 70's and this is the fastest, tightest car I have ever owned. I take car of my autos but I must say I wanted to try it out. I was on 211 in the hill country and cruising at 70MPH, hit 4th gear and kicked it down and I slid sideways at 70MPH. When you drive this car with the DPS signs off, you will hold up traffic as most people think the car is still in DPS inventory. This car is really fun to drive. I entered it in the San Antonio Mustang show in OCT and won 2nd place in the 78-93 fox body class and that"s a lot of mustangs.I also have the original engine and transmission to the car in my garage with ran excellent when it was pulled out so the car can be put back totally original if desired. You have your choice of which engine you want. I am selling off my toys as I'm looking forward to retiring. Also have nice 88 LX coupe. I'm losing money on this car so you won't get it cheap. Thank for looking. E-mail or call Randy at 210-426-4212.

I wonder if he will sell the car minus the "non stock" items?

Too bad it's been modded. I remember this one being for sale at a dealer in SA before the mods. Tom looked at it a few years ago. The price has bounced around a lot.

Here it is at the dealer that was selling it a couple of years ago. Price is high for what it is, but it is tempting.
