thought this was pretty neat, i owned a 04 mach1 that gsp trooper owned but it wasnt a service car, looks like this one is though

Seems like I've seen a few similar Mustangs from other Hawaiian based PD's using new(er) Mustangs.

The guy must have traded in his black one from when I was there in 2007... They get to use their own cars IIRC and are given a monthly payment for it. This one was at Waikiki PD.
