Experience w/Dallas Custom Steering Wheel?

Hello - Anyone on the forum ever used Dallas Custom Steering Wheel?

If so could you share how the process works with them and what you experience was with quality, etc. Lastly any idea on the cost? I need to have my 1993 MSHP steering wheel addressed.
