I saw this on ebay last night, the listing was out of Blacksburg, Va it was removed this morning. It did not even last the first day out of a seven day auction hopefully someone saved it.

1991 Mustang South Carolina Police Car, 5.0 engine, body is fair with a small dent in rear fender, quarter size rust in driver's side lower back fender, faded paint. Door handle on driver's side outside is broke, fixed with wire to get in, driver's side power window doesn't work, but can be lowered and raised, interior fair, rip in driver's seat. Five speed. This car has been my daily driver for the past seven years. New tires, new brakes. DOES NOT RUN PRESENTLY. In the past three weeks car has been running rough. Today the car will start, idle, but won't let you accelerate, just dies. Will crank and idle. Was a South Carolina Highway Patrol car, no marking on it now. I won't send any more pictures than these three, I won't describe any more than this. You must pay with Paypal and pick up car in Blacksburg, Virginia, full tank of gas as of this morning, but won't accelerate. As you can tell after seven years, I am through with this car. Have title, you must pick up in Blacksburg on trailer, or fix it to run. Bidding starts at .99 cents. My cellphone is 540.320.0015. I am out of town from December 27 to December 30. Just spoke with the owner and he told me that car is running now and he is not selling. I left him my info and told him when he wants to sell it, let me know. Sounds like an original SCHP unmarked car.......

Doesn't surprise me he's not selling now. Anyone who really wanted to sell a car would have composed a more endearing ad.
