robert read has the lightstick on ebay now. He also has a GE rangr radio head but I have not confirmed it to be correct.

Welcome to the site.

Since you are a former CHP Sgt, they (CHP) will probably give you a permission letter to restore the car if you ask. With that letter, you can buy the original decals (complete) from Vitachrome. I'd buy an extra set, just in case (they have a bunch sitting on the shelves there but will only sell to those with letters....they also don't care how many sets you buy, just as long as you have the letter).
