rip DPS SSP
 

This is a sad story but it is worth telling. I found this ex AZ DPS ssp in this wrecking yard today. The guys at the yard bought this car in good stock running condition and stripped it down and added all the race stuff, knowing it was an ssp!:shrug: It has been stripped and cut up as a race car. There is a roll cage and full frame connectors in it. It possibly could be saved but the amount of work would be much more than the car is worth. Amazingly it still has both buck tags! (I didn't get any pics of those, will try and get some later)

Is that New Edge Mach I hood on it? Quite a shame to see a good car lost to the track, when there are still civilian Fox Mustangs somewhat readily available.
