WTB: instrument cluster indictators for 87-89
 

Guys,

i need this unit, its for 87-89 mustangs only,

the one i have is no good as it has been drilled and pretty much a goner.

I got mint housing cover with that side from a 89 WSP SSP but i need the indicators to mount in.

This is what i'm referring to, the bottom right corner...

correct me if i am wrong, but i think those indicator lights only lit up/were hooked up on the GT's and not the LX's.

Actually they are on all fox 5.0's from 87-89 only. LX 5.0 or GT. I'm not sure about 4 bangers.

I have quite of those parts in my warehouse for your dash. If you dont find anything.

I'm aware of that, what I'm saying is I don't think the 5.0 lx's had those dummy lights hooked up and operational only the GTs.

I had 2 89 lx's in the past and don't remember them working.
I have had so many I can't remember anymore!

I gotcha. It should work, my old 88 LX coupe which i never can forgive myself with for selling it, it's a rare option coupe, full options delete 5.0 with AOD. It had this working instrument, one day i was driving from NY to CA and low level oil light came on and i checked, yep it was right. i refilled it. Thank god for that one or I'd end up blowing the motor it had only 88k in 2000. I racked 10k on it in a month. Anyway it was a rust bucket. :( I never will forget that one... RIP.
