What's left of another 82 CHP
http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...s/P1010345.jpg
http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...s/P1010341.jpg The whole car was in a wrecking yard a few years ago and my dad tried to get people to save it. My dad couldnt as he didnt have the money to make another trip to buy it and haul it back to oregon. He got some parts off of it atleast. Rear seat back, front bumper, door panels, interior quarter panels, and buck tags. No pictures of the whole car as cameras were not allowed in the yard:( The car appears to have been painted maroon/dark met. red with black lower bumpers before being sold by the CHP. Then there are 3 or 4 other paint jobs on top of that. The parts will go on my dads 82 0300 and possibly the one he is trying to get.:D You can see the door panels up front and the quarters in the back (this is stuff I cleaned out of a shed my dad had full of stuff. He wanted it cleaned up. I found more of his equipment stash:D ) http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...4/P1010596.jpg Washed the seat. It cleaned up nicely:) http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/...4/P1010601.jpg When my dad finds the tags, I'll post those up too:) Just thought I would post this up. |
That's sad.

Nice clean up on the seat back. That is in remarkable condition.
What's the best way to flatten those door panels? |
Quote:
Get the back board wet on the panels and set them out in the sun(or next to heater?) with something heavy on them to flatten them out. |

|
No kits that I've heard of.
Try Matt at FMR. He's restoring door panels now. |
