Non patrol ssp

Are non patrol ssp's as desirable as the actual ssp patrol cars? Example govt, f.b.i , I.r.s.?

I guess how you define desirable might influence people's answers, but for me it's all about personal choice and what a specific person is interested in with their SSP. Personally, I appreciate all of them...well maybe not ones where someone has completely taken away all the charm.

It depends on who you ask. Like Mike said, I think most SSP fans have their personal favorites. For some folks, documentation is important as a way to confirm how a specific car was used. But the history for some SSPs will never be known because the paperwork is long gone by now. For most GOVT cars, it is difficult to determine how these cars served, but their numbers are far fewer than some states like California, Florida, or Texas.
