Any one interested?

$150? Shipped

So.... is it $150 or $100? Your eBay ad says $100 w/ free shipping. Not trying to be a a$$. Are there any serial numbers or anything visible?

It kinda looks like a Delco series 12si, which only put out 94 amps tops.

The Lestek looks a little different and puts out 130 amps I do believe. Again, I'm not trying to be a pain. Just wanted to pass along the information.

I am glad you asked. Noticed a listing on eBay the other day, thought was this one, but forgot to ask.

Just what was on the back, and yea $100 shipped
I figured no one wanted it so stop trying to drop prices

I'll take any reasonable offer

Came off an ssp it's rather large
$50 shipped

Or I'm just going to scrap it

They don't all only put out 90 amps

I'm pretty sure this is 140 amps

The 90 amp one is much smaller and is different in the front

Why would they put this on a Georgia Patrol SSP car if it only puts out 90 amps, my roof is drilled for light bar also

Read the link I posted. I'm not saying your wrong, but that you need to research before you post. The original alternator is probably long gone by now given how old theses cars are. Any agency could have done what they wanted to these cars back in the day. For example, When I bought my SSP it had a regular Motorcraft alternator. And the Lestek was an option for SSP cars, not all them came with them. Just FYI.

What year is your car? You said its a Georgia car? Cool. There is one being restored right now by someone on here. You should create a post about you car. We would all like to see pics. If you include a pic of the door tag and buck tags you can get your car cataloged in the VIN project.

It is a 1990 and I got hit at an intersection and got totalled
I stripped it off all parts and just going to scrap the shell

It's not fixable or I would have did it

Thanks for the info

:( That sucks. Poor car. We would still like to have it for the VIN project if you can provide the info.

It was in for sale section a while back.
Bill posted it up. It is a Georgia SSP. But not a GSP. I wish it wasn't so far away or I'd save it but I've got to stay focused on my collection ( but IF it WAS a GSP :-) ... )
