All Mustangs have a body buck tag with the last six of the VIN, codes for engine, transmission, some options, etc. What you listed in your post above is a DSO tag, with special paint instructions, which is something that an SSP would have, and a regular production car wouldn't.
If you only have one tag, you are missing the normal body buck tag.
Georgia used them for more than 2 years. They started buying them in '83.
