That's a crock of DOO DOO! If you come to my house to buy my car and tell me you're going to strip it and make it into a monster truck I will tell you it's NOT for sale. If you don't care what happens to the car once you get your cash then go for it. Don't cop out and say you are "Legally" bound to sell that car once it's publicly offered for sale. Please.
