. Don't see these NCSHP ones very often...especially a retired Trooper selling all of their plates. I was wondering if you ended up winning. The lower the plate # the higher the rank so you can see by time he retired around 2004 his plate number in the 100's. I bid on the 89, 90 and 91 plates he had listed and ended up winning each of those. Turns out the 89 plate was used on one of the NCSHP Mustangs.
