the tool bolts to your lower arm and helps guide the coil into position as you use your floor jack ..to swing arm back into position..
You may have to pry the spring on to the tool as an intial step ..
If it's your first time ??? grab a buddy to help you guide things along ...

if i can be of any help , give me a shout ..956/802-2983

for those that have access to a shop lift here is the fastest way !!!
you only have to remove the 2 inner A-arm bolts and drop the spring out that way ... just did a set a few weeks ago in under an hour ...
you can even leave the tires on .

Thanks Hec. I was able to get them in but since I don't have a lift and no help I had to get a little crafty. I borrowed a couple spring compressors from a buddy at work that are normally used on struts. It wasn't the preferred method but it got it done. I still cussed a bit and threw a few tools but it all worked out.
