My car is older, without the full console, so I can't really tell what the scale is for the pattern you have there. There were a whole assortment of different mounts, but where no extra money was spent, all the Motorola phones came with a clamshell mount for the hangup cup and if I am guessing the scale correctly, the smaller holes could be for the screws that held the cable down. I don't know if I still have any of the stuff, but I will take a look tomorrow.
