Michael, no offense intended but as a point of correction, no
all-white SMPV's (Specially Marked Patrol Vehicles) have been found yet. There's a member here and on ORG,
E435300_SMPV, who has a blue & white '89 CHP SMPV. It's not fully restored yet, but I hear its coming along.
