Plate appears to show 825WSP - which is my car. E-mailed the trooper that had my car, and he verified he did go to the local Mustang Roundup that year when he first got the car in 1987. He also had mounted his radar gun on the fender as well as the mustang branded mud flaps and black "Mustang" painted on the rear bumper.
While it's too grainy to verify 100% accurate - the trooper thinks this video is likely his car. And it was about 2 months new when this was shot.
Pretty cool, huh?
