Confirmed it's genuine from talking to the seller today, who says it sold to the first guy who looked at it and the buyer knew exactly what it was. Sounds like someone got a good deal. The VIN is 44 numbers below mine but the seller could never find any unit # on the door or elsewhere.
He seems pretty knowlegable on Fox Mustangs and says he has another '88 CHP and a '90 CHP stashed away in storage but this one was the nicest of the bunch. I'll try to get him to join in here.
