Bottom line is that any of these agencies will help out:
if they can
if they want to
if they are allowed to
if you act like you have common sense
if you don't act like someone that wants to play with your lights etc.

It only takes one idiot among us to screw it up for those that follow.
I have heard that multiple times about FHP, I'm really suprised that they would be that way to a fellow LEO. It's also funny because there are more retored FHP SSP's out there then any other agency.
