Debbie and I swapped rides yesterday so I could get her 2005 Mustang vert inspected and tagged. It was the first time she took the California Special out by herself. She works in nearby Pennsylvania, whose landscape features beautiful rolling hills and twisty roads.
She came home last night and the first thing she says - "I REALLY like your car". She followed that up with "...I caught air twice!". So apparently Debbie is a closet speed demon.
I can already see which direction this is headed, and the path will likley be expensive. I predict two things:
- She's going to end up with blue and red flashing lights in her rearview mirror.
- Once she goes back to driving her 4.0L/auto convertible tomorrow, she's going to see how much slower it is than the 5.0L and want me to make her car faster.
Like I said, this could get expensive!
