I skimmed over the entire 19-page thread on that first car. Attached is a copy of the build sheet he posted, which lists the VIN as 247583 (part of a 36-car CUN batch). That number is not part of the CUN batch of known CHP Mustangs, but the build sheet does identify CALIFORNIA on it. I wonder if this car was purchased by the State of California for another agency or government use? Maybe it was a driver's ed car?
Regardless, you can make out the words SPECIAL SERVICE PKG on the build sheet. Guess I should add this SSP (or a number near it) to my list of desired Marti Reports.
I'm not sure where the seller is located, but it doesn't sound like he wants that much money for it. Somebody save it.
