Are you sure it's the tumbler and not the key itself? I had new keys cut for the last SSP I bought and sold and they worked 100% better and were not leaving me locked out of the car anymore. He used the original key and cut it 20000ths less than the current key. He told me the key was intended to wear as the materials used in the locks is harder than the keys by a lot.
