This was one of the first batches of 88' GSP's at orientation at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center ( GPSTC) in Forsyth, Ga.
This would be the equivalent of a EVOC, although not as advance I'm told, as say CHP's. It was mainly to show Troopers the handling differences between a heavy Crown or Caprice and the more nimble lighter and quicker Mustangs. And I was told it was "to keep Post Commanders from getting sued if a Trooper got hurt or killed in a wreck because he was thrown into a lighter faster patrol car with out any training"...
