I agree the chances are quite slim, Mike. But Ford did some screwy things when it came to batching these SSPs. For example, the run of 1984 CHP Mustangs were all part of the same DSO (#72-0086). However, they were manufactured in two batches with a gap of >1,100 VINs between them.

(you and I have discussed this before, but it is worth mentioning in this thread) Situations like that force our efforts here to be more stringent when it comes to calling a car a SSP or not. It all boils down to how strong the specific documentation is and whether or not it is enough to identify a car as a SSP Mustang.
